Why Counselling?

Sometimes, do you feel confused or lost?
When not knowing which direction you should go,
Such as deciding which major,
Which job,
Which partner
Or where to live?
Sometimes, do you feel frustrated and disappointed about the people around you?
Because
It seems nobody understands you
Or available to pay full attention to your concerns?
Sometimes, do you feel lonely?
Because
You cannot tell or share the facts or truth of your situation,
Because
You have to preserve your family’s honour and reputation。
Sometimes, do you feel worried and anxious that you cannot sleep or eat?
Because
 Your job is unsettling,
Your children are not listening
 Or a loved-one is ill?
Sometimes, do you feel depressed?
Because
The future seems so gloomy?�
That even with all you efforts, nothing seems to change?
Sometimes, do you feel jealousy or envy?�
 You ask yourself?
‘Why do some people get what they want, but I cannot?   Life is so unfair!’
Sometimes,
Do you feel so angry that with all the effort and work you have done, and no one recognize(s) it?
 The first step of self care is giving you the privilege and opportunity to ask
 “How do I feel today?”
Then reaching out and finding the one who can walk the journey with you,
Enabling you to have an emotional break,
Revitalizing yourself,
 Redefining strength,
And walk toward your next destiny
