Wellness Tips from The Self-Care Daily™

Tip #28: Fun with your Signature

Write your name with your non-dominant hand.

If you are right-handed, use your left. If you are left-handed use your right. If you are ambidextrous, use your toes (or just use your toes anyway). It may be hard to read, but you’ll love the laugh you’ll get just trying. Have fun and sign away!

When your spirit is up, you are up.

Tip #66: Free yourself from the “Should’s” and “Supposed To’s.”

How many times have you said, “I should have known better,” or “It wasn’t supposed to happen like this,” or something similar? Release yourself from negative self-judgment. Every moment is a new moment. Every experience is a new experience.

Life is our wonderful teacher, be an eager student.

Tip #103: You are…

You are brilliant.

You are beautiful, attractive and lovable.

You have unique gifts to share and we, the human race, need you to share them.

Your talents wait patiently for you to express them and when you do, magic happens.

You are here to give and do the best you can, live simply, laugh often, and love deeply.

If I missed anything, please feel free to continue. You know your gifts far better than I do.
