Registration
- Registration is required for all workshops. Use your Member Portal account to register: https://members.ccpa-accp.ca/
- The minimum number of registrants for most virtual events is 8. If there are less than 8 registrants, the event will be canceled or rescheduled.
- Most of our virtual events allow for a maximum of 95 registrants. When an event is full, you will be placed on a waiting list.
- CCPA virtual events are available to non-CCPA members. Create a Complimentary account in the Member Portal and select the event you want to attend
Virtual Professional Development Events
- All professional development events are advertised in the time zone in which they take place and which is indicated in the event description. Make sure you tune in during the right time according to your specific time zone as it may be different depending on your location. Please also take into consideration daylight savings.
- Recordings of the virtual events are available to members and non-members through the Member Portal .
- We understand that things happen, and you may not be able to attend the full session. However, in order to receive the full allocation of continuing education credits, attendance to 3/4 of the session is required.
Other in-Person Events
- These are again advertised in the time zone listed on the event registration description. They are also a different fee structure. Please ensure you read the event descriptions thoroughly prior to registering.
- Login information and any relevant handouts will be sent to registrants via e-mail after registration is confirmed. This information will be sent to the email used for registration.
Reimbursement
- If you wish to be reimbursed, contact [email protected] for approval of reimbursement in advance of the event.
Honorariums
- One-Hour Session: $300
- Half-Day Sessions: $600
- Full-Day Sessions: $1200
- Two-Part Series: $600
- Three-Part Series: $600
- Four-Part Series: $800

- Webinars are shipped by email. Once the order is paid for; the primary email registered to your account will automatically be sent one email for each webinar item on the invoice.
- If you do not see the email(s) in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Please allow up to 1 business day for your links to appear in your email. If after this delay you still have not received them, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
- The link(s) to the webinar(s) are sent by email only and are not on the Member Portal.
- The link(s) provided will allow you to download the webinar(s) to your computer.
To view or download a Shared Dropbox Link:
- Launch your Web browser (i.e. Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
- Type or paste the file’s Dropbox URL (as seen above) into the browser’s address field, and then press “Enter.”
- Options for viewing:
- To watch the file from your browser, click the play button on the bottom left.
- To download the file, select the “Download” button on the top right.
Obtaining Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for CCPA webinar recordings:
- After watching the webinar(s), please complete an application form (https://www.ccpa-accp.ca/forms/ -> Continuing Education -> Click CEC Application to access the form). One application form is required for each Webinar completed. Please submit the completed forms to the CEC team at [email protected] for review and processing.
- The first two pages of the application must be completed.
- Schedule “A” should have the title as it appears on the invoice, the dates watched, and number of credits.
- The description can state – CCPA webinar recording – and the Learning Outcome must be a summary in your own words as credits will be based on the information on this form.
- Please allow 2-6 weeks for review.
- Incomplete forms could be returned.
