[1] The Québec Psychotherapist’s Permit is also available for members of the following Orders who meet the required criteria : Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Psychoeducators, Occupational Therapists and Nurses. Psychologists and Physicians can perform psychotherapy without the Permit due to a legal provision. The Permit is managed by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (http://www.ordrepsy.qc.ca/psychotherapeutes)
