Tuesday April 12th is Yellow Day!

At times, it can be challenging to find the beauty, joy and resilience in life. On April 12th, we encourage everyone to find something yellow in your life and share it on social media to show your support of CPM. Help us send a visual message of recognition and appreciation of counsellors/psychotherapists using the hashtag #accessmentalhealthcare.

Why Yellow?

In most cultures, yellow symbolizes happiness, optimism and warmth (colormatters.com). What better colour to represent how counsellors/psychotherapists help clients find satisfaction and success in their lives?

Let us know how you have incorporated yellow in your day by sharing with us and tagging us on our social media platforms!
