He has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Ulster, among other qualifications.

Sophia Mendoza, PhD, is a counsellor with over 17 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults. She currently serves as the Clinical Coordinator at the Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA). Using evidence-informed approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, she helps clients build resilience, regulate emotions, and live in alignment with their values. Dr. Mendoza is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

Dawn is a person-centered/integrative counselling therapist with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in counselling psychology. She is a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychological Association (CCPA) as a Certified Canadian Counsellor. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which she has found to be effective in the treatment of PTSD and CPTSD, along with many other mental health issues.

Brenda Gibbs is a grief and trauma counsellor with Living and Loss Counselling in Saskatoon. Drawing on her master’s degree, EMDR and IFS training, and personal experience of losing her husband, she supports individuals through bereavement with compassion and skill. Alongside individual sessions, she facilitates grief groups including Bereaved Caregivers, Motherless Daughters, and a new Parent Loss group starting in 2025.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD). Passionate about contributing to her community, Brooke is excited to serve on the board and, outside of work and studies, enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Amanda is an integrative therapist, a CCC, and a trained EMDR therapist. She works from a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed position. Her practice, InnerScape Psychotherapy, Counselling & EMDR Services, is based on the belief that people want to live authentically and feel accepted. Expectations, norms, and context influence how, when, or if that’s possible. She helps clients identify and align with their preferences, meaning, and values, and build comfort in communicating them.

Corinne holds a PhD in Neuropsychology, and her expertise extends to areas such as information/psychological warfare, military relations, and technical writing. She has a strong background in clinical research, including clinical data management, participant recruitment, and medical writing. As a research associate at the Virtual Health Hub of the University of Saskatchewan, her research focuses on the eye tracking indicator of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
