Interested in getting hired in social services? Here’s what an interview with Andrea looks like: “I always give the person I’m interviewing all the questions.<\/strong> I want you to be as comfortable as possible. I give you 30 minutes with the interview questions. You can sit and make notes. I want you to have an open conversation with me and really be honest. It’s not my goal to bring you in here, hide the questions, and trip you up. I’m really looking for someone focused, driven, who wants to be a part of the team.”<\/p>\n
