If you competitors are doing it, don\u2019t.\u00a0 <\/strong>Stand out from an overcrowded marketplace whee so much of the advertising and products look the same.<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0 Build a Team<\/p>\n Don\u2019t hire an employee to fill a position.\u00a0 Employ a person to be part of a team to build your business.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 4.\u00a0 Be Fast<\/p>\n Time is the most precious commodity.\u00a0 When delivery is expected Friday, show up Thursday afternoon.\u00a0 Return calls and emails now!<\/p>\n 5.\u00a0\u00a0 Say Thank You<\/p>\n A lot.\u00a0 Tell your customers and employees how much you appreciate them.\u00a0 Better yet, do it the old fashioned way: take a pen to paper and write them a note.<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0 Be Consistent<\/p>\n Make sure your business has a consistent look and feel.\u00a0 A customer must get the same flaor from everyone within your organization.\u00a0 Always.<\/p>\n 7.\u00a0 Smile<\/p>\n Throw out the reasons you think people buy from you like price, product quality or your warranty.\u00a0 They buy because they like you.<\/p>\n 8.\u00a0 Fanatical Optimism<\/p>\n The glass must always be half full.\u00a0 Attitude will always win out in the end and infect all of those around you.<\/p>\n 9.\u00a0 Sell Soft<\/p>\n Don\u2019t ever hard sell.\u00a0 Solve problems.\u00a0 Satisfy wants.
