CCPA member benefits are available to all members...even students!

Benefits just for students:

• For students enrolled in a Masters programme in Counselling, during their practicum, a comprehensive Professional Liability insurance policy at low cost;
• A number of CCPA awards are available only to students including the CCPA Conference Travel Grant, the CCPA/Marsh Student Bursary Award and the Dr R. Vance Peavy Travel Bursary.
• A special rate program for graduate students who have been a student member of CCPA for a least one year.

To become a student member, we will need to receive the following:

• Completed online membership application
• Payment of $75(paybale online)
• Proof of Student (you can use our form)

*We also offer membership to various CCPA Chapters for an extra $10 each except for the Counsellor Educators Chapter which is an additional $20.

*Joint student membership with provincial affiliates are available to counsellors living in Nova Scotia, Quebec, and New Brunswick.

*Joint membership with provincial affiliates for counsellors living in Prince Edward Island is  available upon certification with CCPA.
