New Members

CCPA welcomes all qualified counsellors and psychotherapists to apply for membership.  We offer various types of membership and fees are based on the level of membership with the CCPA.  As a CCPA member, you will have access to exclusive educational programs, certification programs, professional development opportunities and direct contact with professional peers and specialty groups. 

CCPA membership includes experts and specialists in numerous mental health areas ranging from ADHD and learning disabilities; marriage counselling; eating disorders; stress, depression, and anger; grief and infertility; weight management and body image; addiction; Aboriginal issues; family counselling; career development and management, and much more.

• Professional Member Retired
• Certified Member
• Certified Professional Student Member

**Please note that if you are applying as a new member, you will be required to provide your student identification (if you are applying as a Student member) or your proof of graduation (if you are applying as a Professional member) before your membership request can be granted.**

• CCPA and the Association francophone des conseillères et conseillers en orientation du Nouveau-Brunswick (AFCONB)                                     
  *You must have a Masters in Education

• CCPA and the Prince Edward Island Counselling Association - Psychotherapist Counselling Chapter (PEICA-PCC)
  *You must be certified with CCPA in order to apply for CCPA-PEICA membership.

• CCPA and the Quebec Counselling Association (QCA)
